The System provides a very rich set of common look-and-feel, plug-and-play, and analysis/productivity tools and Apps that everyone can use. On the development side, the System is based on providing everything an outside developer would need take their core idea, and implement it into the System. On the integrator side, it provides all of the pieces and parts for them to deploy a standalone system, or integrate the components into an existing system. On the consumer side, it provides plug and play devices and APPs that are easy to use and support. On the Industry and Organization Side, it provides use-case based Systems-in-a-Box , demos, training, integration, and support.

Using Standards, guidelines, and base Interfaces/methods, these same building blocks can be used to support a wide variety of different Customer Use-Cases<read more on Use-Cases>. At this point it is not clear if it is one company providing these tools, multiple companies sponsoring the center, farming out different pieces to industry or other organizations (like Universities), or a combination.
