This configuration is very close to a configuration for a Retirement Home/Communities/Centers <Read more about Retirement Home/Communities/Centers Use Case>, except that many or the ”options” are more benefit and needed by the clients and running an Assisted Living Center.   The main differences are that their clients have more dependencies on the care providers, and features like schedule, timing, verification of treatments/services, escalation, and audits are more important.

 

For Retirement Home/Communities/Centers, the System provides an add-on service for resident’s safety and comfort, supports smoother and more efficient operations, provides additional services, and results in fewer mistakes. It provides new revenue streams for the Assisted Living Facility through insurance and private payments, and can help in the operation of the facility with monitoring, security, personnel and outside service scheduling, escalation, billing, and payments. This is provided through  an Out-of-the Box Whole Healthcare System customized for Assisted Living Centers. This is also an opportunity for Franchises and Social Advocacy Groups.

 

The System provides common “Look and Feel” interfaces on Standard PCs, Smartphones, and Tablets, with online training, help, and instructions, with the devices supporting remote maintenance and support.

 

Some Service Options include:

  • Providing a complete service package to take care of all of the resident’s  System and Support Needs within their residences and in Common Areas mainly by becoming a Small System-in-a-Box Call Center <                    > for their residence

  • Allowing the Resident to maintain their own Systems and the Center providing responses to  any alarms/escalations

  • Providing  some of their testing, exams, and Doctor consultations (telemedicine)  done in the facility so that they do not have to travel to a Doctor or Clinic

Note: Role Based scheduling is based on defining general roles, and then mapping shifts for those Roles to Individuals, These include the roles to perform the tasks as well as any escalations and follow-up, and it can automatically assign, reassign, and forward based on shift changes. . Sample roles could include, orderly,  nurse_supervisor, maintenance, security, etc.
