Regardless if the Vision Center is run by a Single Company, or a Group of Companies and Organizations… a Steering Committee is valuable to the effort. There are many aspects of the product, its overall business plan, and support for various national and international organizations and industries that require senior guidance and planning.

 

The Steering Committee would have several functions:

• Approval and input for  the Product(s) Vision

• Work to promote the Concept with other Companies, Organizations and Industry Approval and input for input for within and across different core Product Roadmaps

• Approval and input for Funding Cross Product Development and Support

• Approval and input for funding and participation in  Tradeshows and Industry Conferences

• Approval and input for Business, Lobbying, and Marketing Plans

• Maintaining Balanced Representations

• Working with other Companies, Organizations and Industry to leverage off of their features and products
