Non-Doctor Operated Fixed Clinics (Urban, Neighborhood, Rural, and International) have been traditionally limited in their capabilities, or required Doctors and RNs to be present. This increased the costs and made them uneconomical to serve some populations. Pushing more tasks to technology (monitoring/test devices, analysis, data recording, cross correlated information, treatment verification, alerts, reports, and telemedicine, as well as some of the IT and billing requirements) and lower cost Medical Assistants, allows more testing to be performed.
The System provides common “Look and Feel” interfaces on Standard PCs, Smartphones, and Tablets, with online training, help, and instructions, with the devices supporting remote maintenance and support.
Depending on what the focus of the facility is, it can do referrals to Doctors/RNs, or have contracts with Doctors/RNs for Telemedicine and/or Test Review and Diagnosis. This opens the possibilities for a wide variety of Low-Cost Clinics, located where people need them, and they can be run through Franchises, Social Advocacy Groups, Assisted Living Facilities, Corporations, Retirement Centers/Communities, Rural Community Clinics, and International Clinics.
