This page covers some off the currently envisioned Common Personal Services Interfaces, Methods and Applications supplied by the System. These are focused on Personal Services and are envisioned to leverage off on many existing personal services that exist today, plus new ones that support individuals.  They were initially envisioned for individuals confined to their homes, or had limited access outside of their home, but there is no reason others couldn’t use it.

 

Common “Personal Services” Interfaces and Methods can assist in the design, development, test, and long term support in many ways:

 

  • For Developers of Service Applications

    • Reduces design, development, and testing by developers allowing them to focus on the unique features to their device 

    • Provides a large number of pretested features that can be easily added to their device

    • Provide interoperability with other portions system

    • Supports automated test,  training, and demos

    • Provides “common look and feel” across all of the devices compliant with the system for ease of use and support

 

  • For Companies (or individuals) with Personal Services that want to use the System

    • Supports establishing agreements between the provider and the end-user

    • Defines and routes any required approvals

    • Special information/instructions about the end-user the Provider needs to know or do

    • Increased business volume to reduce charges and any minimums
