The purpose behind the Initiative is to Provide Affordable Whole Healthcare through Efficiencies and Technology. It is not designed to put people or industries out of work, but to build and grow existing and new industries as more people are cared for and more capabilities can be provided. For areas where there are shortages (e.g. Doctors and RNs), the System works to shift some of the work, while allowing them to better care for a larger population, while still having oversight, review, and escalations as needed.

Job Creation
Medical Assistants
Worldwide use of Medical Assistants would increase as some of the Doctor, RN, and other Nursing tasks shift to Technology and Medical Assistants in current facilities, as well as new mobile, rural, international relief, and urban neighborhood clinics bring Whole Healthcare closer to people. It is also envisioned that some of these services could move into new areas like Assisted Living and Retirement Communities.
Legally, this would be able to use remotely supervised OJT personnel, and the tools are designed to have intelligent self-directing instructions, automatically collect a lot of the information, in the person’s primary language, have a common interface/”look and feel” on common tablets/PC/Smartphones, and include online general and situational training. (TBR) It might be worth having an abbreviated training course for individuals, with a required number of supervised hours.
The System also envisions supporting delta training for certain specialty examinations. For example, you might be able to further train a person with a Message or Physical Therapy Certificate to perform initial scans and checks for irregularities in skin, muscle tissue, joints, movement, and some pain, using the System to create baseline models and histories on the individuals, and provide intelligent adaptive instructions, areas for additional checks, and automatic escalations.
There are a lot of personal services that individuals need, especially if they are shut-ins or have limited access outside of their residence. They can range from periodic checking on an individual to shopping, gardening, cleaning, plumbing, pet grooming, legal papers, etc. , By supplying common APPs for the individual, their guardian, and the provider (review/select, agreement, order, schedule, dispatch, bill/pay, approval, service verification, and follow-up), Personal Service Providers should be able to be more efficient and have more clients, while reducing required minimums and per service costs.
Personal Service Providers
The System itself will need some significant development for common tools, functions/services, interfaces/methods, training, demos, System-in-a-Box, etc. There are also Applications envisioned for the system that will need to be developed, and development services like Internationalization and Localization.
If the System is Open and Robust enough, innovation will follow. The System is designed to provide a number of common features, tools, documentation, and test to allow developers to concentrate on their new ideas and inherit most of the System features to make it work with the system. There are a lot of possibilities when you consider devices, services, and information for Whole Health.

With more devices, there is more manufacturing. There are also a wide variety of System-in-a-Box configurations that will need to be built.
Manafacturing
With more System being purchased and in the field, they will need to be integrated and supported. While the system is “Plug and Play”, has a “Common Look and Feel”, Monitors itself, and can be supported remotely… People will still choose to have various levels of integration and support for their systems. This also allows third party integration and support companies to support more customers with less training and special knowledge.
System Support and Integration
It is envisioned that Whole Health Policies will become more popular, as well as more devices and services will become defined as medically necessary. These can include a wide range of medical and personal services for an individual. The System is designed to lower the cost of these services and make them available to more individuals. It is set up to restrict these services to certain cost caps, contracted providers, verification of services, and any automatic approval requirements. This opens up several support areas in the insurance field.
